Case Log Information Process (CLIP Civil) manages and tracks civil case activity from filing to final disposition. Case participants, events, court activity, motions and judgments are maintained throughout the life of the case. The CLIP Civil application supports cross·claim, counter·claim and third party complaint processing.
CLIP Civil is integrated with the Case Assignment and Tracking System (CATS) application to streamline and minimize duplication of data entry and maintenance.
The Trusteeship Accounting System, within the Civil CLIP application, is used to manage all aspects of cases handled by the trusteeship section of a municipal court. The major features include the ability to enter and modify case information for debtors, add, update, delete and list creditors, enter and print receipts, print deposit slips, print various reports listing case information, print checks for disbursements to creditors and print a check register.
